Shipping policy

We- Our Knoxie Staff,  offer standard shipping for all orders, with processing times of 3-4 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination, and will be added to your order at the time of  checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Customers can track their shipments using the tracking number provided in their order confirmation email. 

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at shopzassycollection@outlook.com for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
